Hello Savvy 👋 Your comments and the recent survey helped me make things better for all!
Here’s what is changing and coming this week 👇
Changes
You will now get:
2-5x free posts per week instead of 1, which will be repurposed from my social posts
1x daily full-length paid training video releasing at 7 PM PST/ 10PM ET (5-15 video every week)
Training videos will be half Android and half Windows 10 trainings
I plan to release another 100 training videos within next 30 days between the Android Academy and the Windows Academy
We now have a home, you can go straight to hardwaresavvy.com to access the portal, rather than needing to go to some sketchy web site. Easier to revisit and to share with friends
You can now gift a subscription to your friends or loved ones, by tapping the button below
Additions for all free subscribers
More free weekly posts: 3-5 newsletter posts per week
Additions for all paid customers
Added The Windows Academy
Increased the number of weekly posts from 5 to 7-15
Weekly paid posts will include Android and Windows 10/11 modules
Pricing
I’d like to address the cost of the premium subscription, as it was suggested to be lowered by some of our awesome free users.
I certainly understand that the cost of entry might be high for some, however I believe in building quality products and discounting my products would mean that can’t make that vision come true. Some corners need to be cut and compromises will need to be taken. I want to build the most comprehensive, all inclusive IT learning resource on the internet. Remember, I run no ADs on Facebook, make sponsored review posts or cloud your judgement with biased information.
Sales
I run sales from time-to-time and I highly encourage you to take advantage of them right now, because with so much material being added daily, it will be difficult to justify keeping the price at the current level later this year.
The price will only go up from here and if you believe in me, I encourage you to lock in it with the current 10% sale.
You will find it hard to believe, but there is a good number of paid subscribers right now, who pay just $5 per month for all of this. They have believed in me at the very beginning and they are enjoying that fantastic price. Believe me, in several months, the current price will sound like a bargain (which it already is). I promise you.
Remember, as soon as you sign up, you lock in that price forever. It will never change.
What do you get
Some of the training videos you would find here could save you hundreds of dollars in repairs and upgrades. And by becoming a paid member, you not only get that knowledge, help me keep making more videos, but you also become part of a community.
As a paid subscriber you get:
Full access to all current and future Android Academy trainings
Full access to all future 100+ Windows Academy trainings
Daily newsletter
Critical updates and security reminders
Ability to comment and suggest topics
Access to all privacy and security trainings in the HardwareSavvy Newsletter section
No ADs, no bias, no sponsored BS
Access to all future trainings (we are not going anywhere)
All of the material found here is 100% unique, you will not find it anywhere on the internet
I share everything I know, without any filters, from my 8-year T-Mobile USA experience and 15 years of computer repair
Much more coming later this year
You can literally go into the comments and recommend a training video on a specific topic. It’s like having your own tech support person.
There is currently a 10% sale that you can take advantage of. Can even be applied to already discounted yearly plan.
Will the discounts remain?
Yes, but until a certain point. My goal is to reach 1,000 paid subscribers as quickly as possible, so I can quit my job and do this full-time. Right now, we are at 351 paid subscribers.
Discounting sounds counter-intuitive, but I do it now so we can reach that subscriber goal as soon as we can and become self-sustainable. At 1,000 subscribers, I will stop the discounts and will raise the price of the product, because I plan to hire help and go to the moon with more content (that would’t be possible now). 🚀
Remember that I don’t do sponsored posts, run ADs or post paid reviews on Facebook or here at the Hardware Savvy portal. You get a fully unbiased experience you’d not get from your phone provider, your computer repair shop or anywhere on social media. Your support is what makes this happen and we are growing pretty fast! 🎉
In conclusion
I hope you enjoy being part of the community. Let me know your thoughts in the comments and if you want, help us grow by spreading the word about the HardwareSavvy Portal with friends.
Best regards,
Arsen
If you type hardwaresavvy in Google it say the cost $500 per month
Yay! Having a home will be great. I've always been confused trying to click through to your content, always felt like I was not in the right place.
Btw:
How does one issue a ctrl-F on Android keyboard? For example: I'm shopping in my Anazon app and want to search for the occurrence of the word "China" rather than scrolling and eye scanning all through the info to see if the item made in China.
Would love to know...tia
