Hey Savvy fam. Here's how you can easily see your FPS on NVIDIA GPUs by setting a shortcut to toggle it on/off.
Full Instructions:
Go to your NVIDIA control panel (Alt+Z), then click on Settings, then click on Keyboard Shortcuts, then click on Toggle Performance Overlay and press F1.
Now you're all set. Next time you push the F1 key, it will show/hide your FPS in games.
