You can turn on the flashlight on most Android phones by:
Pulling down the notification bar with 2 fingers (to access Quick Settings), swiping them down from the top of the screen towards the bottom and tapping the flashlight icon once.
Use a gesture, a shake or a voice assistant command - Bixby on Samsung Phones. You can as Bixby “Turn on flashlight”.
