Kay, please check with your provider. These are enables if the phone was sold through your provider, which has to support the WiFi calling feature. If it's an unlocked phone that's not been sold through the mobile provider or an older model (before WiFi calling was added), it might not be there!
I have an s20 and do not have this option. Is it called somethong else on s20 perhaps?
